- Name: My name is Regina, but it’s Gina for me.
- Residence: Marietta, GA
- Approach: I listen closely to what our clients say and, more importantly, what they don’t say. I take a look at situations from different perspectives to understand all points-of-view. It’s how I generate the most effective results. I foster creative, big-picture concepts yet scrutinize every detail. Our clients should be memorable – that’s our job. When you’re happy – I’m happy. To me, it’s more than just a job
- Strength: Creative concepting and event management
- Past Life: In 1996, I headed to Atlanta with dreams of a career with the Atlanta Braves. With no batting average and little marketing experience, it was Ben Carter Properties/CNM Associates/Ben Carter Associates who saw my true marketing potential. Here, I climbed the ladder to eventually pioneer marketing initiatives. A move to Ronus Properties put me at its marketing helm until 2004. It was time for my own gig – insideOut marketing. It was a success story only to become an even greater one when I merged with BouncePath in 2006. Every page in this story afforded me great insight on life and business. For that, I’m grateful.

Talia Brits
Social Media Expert

- Name: Talia Brits
- Residence: Atlanta, GA (with roots and projects that take me across the Southeast and beyond)
- Approach: I believe great marketing starts with listening. I take the time to understand not just what a client wants to say, but what they need to communicate to truly connect with their audience. I’m equal parts strategist and creative, zooming out to shape the big picture while staying deeply involved in the details that make a brand feel intentional and elevated. I care about work that feels human, thoughtful, and effective. When my clients feel confident and supported, that’s when I know I’m doing my job right.
- Strength: Brand strategy, social media creative direction, and turning ideas into clear, executable plans that actually move the needle.
- Past Life: My career began at the intersection of creativity and business, where I quickly realized I loved building brands from the ground up. Over the years, I’ve led marketing initiatives for hospitality, wellness, fitness, and consumer brands, managing everything from content and campaigns to websites, launches, and growth strategy.
